Almost perfect

Its simple. And it does what it says it does. All thats keeping it from receiving a 5-star rating, is 1 tweak, and 1 additional feature:

Tweak: The chart view really needs to be able to show your progress over a period beyond 12 months - either by allowing one to scroll, or by supporting landscape mode.

Extra: Allowing for your record to be exported as a CSV file, would be the final cherry on top, that will round-off a very useful app!
